I mix this with canola oil and use on my skin at night. I can see a difference in my complexion (if you do this, remember it takes time, which is good: I would not want to hurry my body along and damage my cells simply for some superficial positive validation). I snip the capsules with my hair scissors, and they are pliable enough to ‘squirt' in my hand.
a doctor recommended i take vitamin e for my fatty liver. so i have been taking these as directed. no after taste or burping the flavor up for me.
i jave to take these cause my body dont keep vit d doni have ro take it every day.and these are great.

Aloha I used these vitamins daily but I also use one capsule at night to put directly on my face and I tell you when I wake up in the morning my face is so smooth like a baby seal.
I have used vitamin E all of my life. In the past 2 years I take A, C, E and D to supplement my nutritional intake. The positive results of doing this are healthier skin and thick hair that grows very quickly. The overall condition of my skin and its ability to retain moisture has been positively impacted in that I do not have the occurrence of dry, irritated skin especially during season changes and or temperature fluctuations.
Walmart saved me again with your low prices. The website I've been using for years let me down when I needed to reorder my vitamins. Not only was the price better, the vitamins didn't have any fake ingredients, which is extremely important. Thanks Walmart!!
Very disappointed, opened the bottle and there is immediately a bad odor. Looked it up online and it says vitamin E should not have a bad odor it means the vitamin E oil has gone rancid and should not be taken. Lot %2322297 AS1F3 EXP Sept 2025
