These pads are amazing! I have a heavy flow and these haven't failed me yet. I'm so very sensitive to some of the materials in other brands, and Stayfree has never caused me any discomfort. I've tried all the brands and Stayfree is the BEST!
Stayfree is the best pads I have ever used. I've tried other pads, like all*@&s, which has plastic in it and can cause an infection and/or rash. These pads work well for night time and day time for those heavy days. I'll never use anything else.
This is the only feminine protection I use. It is thin; not bulky. I sleep without realizing they are there. I not only wear them at bedtime, but during the day as well; they are that comfortable and very dependable (no leaking.) I do not chaff or have any irritations occur from this brand, as I have in the past with other brands. These are top notch.++
Really like this pads, super light, soft and thin and long enough. Do the job as expected.
These are above average sanitary napkins because of one thing. They don't have any plastic on the side that is next to the skin. The product Al***s, causes skin irritation and infections. Stayfree products do not do this. I will never use anything but stayfree sanitary products. A+++++ ratings!!!

I was a devout tampon only user, but had started to try to use pads as back up or only pads to better protect me as my flow got heavier. I felt so protected using these that I gave up on the super plus tampons and just used these on heavy days. Super comfortable and kept me dry. You can't see them through pants which is nice. Held up to heavy flow and was very flexible. I spent an evening chasing after my little nephew and was up down, up down and running all around. This pad protected me so well! To my pleasant surprise, there was no issues! I was super protected!! I knew these wouldn't be enough protection overnight on a heavier flow night, I need the heavy duty maxis for that!, but this was working nicely for me on medium flow overnights. As a professional woman who wears dresses daily, I wasn`t sure how I felt about solely using pads, but I am a convert with these ones. They keep me dry, are soft and comfortable, and stay exactly where I need them to.
This is my preference brand and type but I just can't seem to get this stayfree online. Walmart..please, please make it available. I can't get out to shop much due to a physical condition i have and being a primary caregiver to my husband whom is in a wheelchair. if more products were online I would be giving more business. Ty
I was an avid user of stayfree, until they changed them! Now they don't absorb as well, they don't stick to your panties, they are shorter than before! All around disappointing!! Bring back the original design!
