This has really made my life so much easier. It is wonderful. The new jeans that you get today, well, if you find them that are straight when they come out of the dryer, let me know where you got them. The last batch of Levi's that I bought, you run them through the wash and the legs of the jeans come out all wrinkled and twisted due to poor fabric layout by the manufacture and they come out completely twisted, when removed from the dryer. This steamer, wow, it takes those twists and wrinkles out within a matter of a few minutes. What used to take me hours to iron and hope the wrinkles would come out, this steamer does it with no second thoughts. It is wonderful.
I purchased this steamer for my wedding to avoid having to stress about wrinkles on my wedding day. However, my wedding day was hectic and I did not use it but since I returned from my honeymoon I have used it on a regular basis and I am very pleased. It is important to use your steamer as instructed.
The more I use the steamer the more I like it. Once I got familiar with using the steamer it is faster than ironing. The next one I buy I hope to find one with a taller pole.
Product quit working after a little over a year of use. Worked ok but kept spraying out water on every use. Will not buy this product again, was not worth the money
On opening this product found it was missing part of the pole-put some water in it leaked on floor. Called the company expecting a replacement-they said ship it back to us after a teck looks at it will deside to repair/return unit or replace it. I toke i back to the store it was shipped too got my money back-thanks wal mart for being helpfull. I would never order nothing from this company again.
I never even got to use it b/c it leaked from the very moment I added the water......it is going back!
