Was looking for a new iron, but also was interested in a fabric steamer. This fit the bill, and was in the price range of a top end iron. Not has convenient to more around with but it's fairly compact (if you wanted to use on furniture, does come with wall mounting material and can be easily removed for portability). It won't replace drycleaning, but will cut down on the bill and provide longer wear on much of my clothing.
This product seemed to be the perfect item for me. It would steam clothes and also have the dual function of an iron. However, the steam output is minimal and it was so much work to get the wrinkles out of my shirt and I still had to use it as an iron, which was another disappointment. Not large enough to iron clothes. All in all, it took me 20 minutes to do this shirt, not worth it. I returned it.
