Love this box! It is the perfect size for hanging folders and to store in a closet or garage. It doesn't get too heavy to move so it is perfect for gathering school work and pictures throughout the years.
Dislike because I'm Not even receiving my containers , in my orden was 4 in Total but only got 2 , also I had the picture of my delivery … is not the first time happen to me, so this time I want to be clear because made sure no happen to other customer , sorry about this comments , but at the same time I'm very happy with deliveries but in my last 5 times orden always something happen and o had some proof , boy o never said anything until today , sorry for the inconvenience have a good afternoon … also I love Walmart my %231 store , good prices and always they have everything I need ..
one lid showed up broken😭
Pros: Delivery was great (on time with no damage to package). (5 stars) Cons: One lid was obviously manufactured incorrectly and should never have been included in this set. I thought this happened during transport, but the edges are smooth (melted), no broken pieces in the box and they are exactly the same. Machine error? (1 star)
1/4 lids were broken when I received them.
Delivery was prompt, but one of the four products arrived damaged. Photos available on request.
I ordered these to unpack my file cabinet into appropriate containers in order have them moved by a moving company. The file container in the bottom of the box was crushed and definitely not usable. In order to get money back for the one that was crushed, I have to go through the hassle to return ALL of them. I need these file storage boxes NOW, and don't have any available time to return them, nor have time to find any appropriate containers to move all of my files in. This online chat on the Walmart website sucks.
Came broken and I'm super disappointed in delivery of items
Damages HAD to occur before item was shipped - 4 bins stacked INSIDE each other on the bottom, 4 lids stacked on top. Trapped INSIDE the very BOTTOM bin, was 3 broken lid pieces (1 each from 3 of the lids.) Also, one corner of that bottom crate was cracked
I think it will be perfect for what I need but it arrived damaged. It was packaged in a large plastic bag. Both the cover and the box are broken and I will need to return it or exchange for a new one.
