The eyeliner has a tiny tip, it does stay on with no smearing. It's a little more expensive but to me it's worth it. No more cheapie's for me.

This is one of the best reviewed liquid liners. That's why I decided to buy it. I wanted to try out a liquid liner to see if I would like it. Things have changed a lot with liquid eyeliners over the years. I was surprised at his easily it went on. I was able to make a thin to medium line without any problem. It stayed on really well. It is less messy than some eye pencils. It is a very intense black. That is what I wanted. It was also very easy to remove. I am very pleased with this liquid liner that goes on efficiently and looks great.
Best liquid eyeliner! Goes on easy and smooth. Lasts a long time. I tried the Matte version and didn't like it as much, it dried out after the 3rd time using it. Sticking to this eyeliner forever!
The best liquid eyeliner I recently discovered after 50 yrs using liquid eyeliner!!! My durable dependable Shiseido only runs second!!! Stays on!!! No smudging nor raccoon-eye morning after...
I always buy this eyeliner from Sephora. This is the first time I purchase it from Walmart. I never had a problem with it. However, this product smudges every time I apply it within 30 mins or less. Even in cool weather and with setting spray. I don't wanna end up with racoon eyes everytime I wear an eyeliner. Not sure if its a fake product or I just ended up with a bad eyeliner pen :( :(
Beware of this seller. They sell through Walmart. They did not disclose the items were mailed from China! It took a month to get to me.
I ordered black color but received deep blue instead. Will return.
