Easy, way to get minutes for my grandsons phone. After you get the email, which in most cases arrives within a half hour of the time of purchase, all you have to do is follow the instructions to add the time to the phone. There are 3 options, you can do it online from a computer, by making a phone call to an automated system from a landline or you can do it via internet from the phone itself. I`ve tried all three and the only one I had a problem with was using his phone. It said the time was placed in reserve but when the current plan ran out the phone was turned off. Luckily I had saved the email & went to the website, and added the new plan again which turned the phone back on almost instantly. Now I just use the link in the email and its done in a flash.
Why pay all that money for a big company (Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) when you can get the same service for much less? I was afraid to switch from Sprint to Straight Talk, but I have been with them for over 3 years. That was one of the best decisions I could have made. I purchase unlocked phones from Best Buy when I feel like getting an upgrade, and use the same Straight Talk Sim Card.
I love straight talk been with them for years it's very helpful I can get 3 months at a time..the store I use no longer does this 3 month service so I'm getting it on line so easy and convenient ❤️
My husband thinks he signed up for the refill that comes out of his account each month. But his credit card expired and he forgot to add the new one. I found the cure for When I call his phone and it turns out hes out of minutes. Now I put 3 months on at a time and set a reminder for myself on my calendar. No more annoyed younger wife. Easy cure. Maybe try it for aging parents too.
I started using Straight Talk for over three years now and it has been working just fine. Last year we purchased three iPhones and this plan works great. This time around, my husband thought he ought to try it as well, and he too was pleasantly surprised. We each get a text alert about a week before the three month plan expires and we usually purchase right before the deadline and works like a charm ever single time.
I bought an unlocked iPhone 11 from Walmart because I didn't want a contract with a company and a payment plan and this is the best option for quick cell service- I get a full 3 months of unlimited data, calling and text service, as well as a monthly 10gb hotspot that actually works well. All I did was go on the app and I received an email with the 15 digit code almost instantly. Will be saving for the $500 year plan when this one is up. Thank u for making this so simple Walmart❤️
Each time I go to pick up 130 dollar card they do have them any more it is a problem. I am using a different phone company on another phone due to you can't find the cards to refill.
I have just bought this pop up telephone card and it's shows the same end date that I has before. I bought it. The end date should be in January and not in October and not October 26th of this month. You don't spend over 130:00 dollars just to get the same end date that you already have
Hello, I have been a loyal Straight Talk customer for over 8+ years. My $45/month plan is on auto billed monthly to my active AMEX account
I purchased a straight talk phone and plan for my daughters birthday. I chose the e-pin digital option for delivery of the plan. I was to received an email with instructions to activate the plan with the e-pin. I purchased the items on December 13th. I still haven't received an email with the information. I have talked to Straight talk (for 2 Hours) and Walmart. Now the problem wont get handled until December 26th. Almost 2 weeks after I purchased the items. I will never buy another straight talk plan. Or do a digital anything.
