iPhone sent unprogrammed and even apple can't get it programmed. worst experience ever from Apple Walmart was great
I dont know what the bad reviews I seen on here were but I had no issue with my phone I called and they set it up in less than 15 mins and I love my new iphone!!
Comes with a SIM card but idk how to set it up
My first iPhone. I am still learning it's various features. It's challenging but I like the challenge. It is a very good purchase. I believe I would purchase it again and recommend it to others.
One star because zero stars is not an option. If purchasing to activate with straight talk, DO NOT PURCHASE PHONE, it does not allow activation and you cannot get passed the main screen and to top it off I brought it back to the store to return it and I was told I wasn't allowed to because it was past the 14 days. A defective item purchased at Walmart unable to be returned. I repeat, do not purchase this item at all, it no longer works with straight talk.
The phone I received must have been a refurbished phone because there was an activation error that came up, which could mean several things, but in most cases (according to the IPhone tech representative) the phone belonged to someone else before who may have never turned the find my iPhone settings off and the phone was locked and unable to activate. Frustrating because I spent more than I intended to; and it was a gift for my son so I ordered a few weeks in advance to have it for him on his birthday. I also went through the process to activate the service to the phone, and after talking to several representatives, and 3 hours later just to find out I need to return it there is nothing they can really do. Very frustrating
This didn't come with the little tool to put the sims card in. Finally got that open and now I'm having problems activating the phone and have been on the phone with Apple for a hour trying to fix it
Phone didn't have the latest version of iOS and I couldn't get it connected to iTunes after talking to phone service company, Walmart and Apple they told me to return or pay double what it cost for the phone just to have a tech fix it.
Terrible!! Make sure your zip code works or your out of luck!! They don't tell you that when you purchase the phone or a card that can't be returned!! Poor service
The phone came broken. Won't charge won't turn on. Just keep getting the Apple sign on the screen and it blinks.
