It is great, I tell it to call a contact and it will. If I need information from the internet all I have to say," WebMd or Local weater" and it searches right away. If I speak the words it will type the words and send a text. This product is great and the price is right
The phone was inexpensive and when it comes to electronics sometimes you get what you pay for. I've been an I-Phone user too long and there were too many features missing on this phone that I'm used to having. I was also not happy with the signal quality of the Straight Talk Wireless service and that led me to move my number back to Verizon and retire this phone after less than a week of using it.
This phone came w/SD card, free phone card, & phone for around $60. It's a steal & would recommend if you just need something to keep you connected. You get your $'s worth w/phone card & SD card alone. Purchased yr warranty for cheap also & phone has been so far so good so haven't had to use it.
Phone worked for a couple of hours and locked up. Could not even turn phone on. Would never purchase a refurbished Huwawii phone again. Actually, purchased two of these phones and both did the exact same thing.
Can't really say how good the phone is because I can't get any service.
My daughter has a similar phone and resides with me. I took that as a good sign to purchase this phone. Very big mistake. The phone would freeze over and over again. Each time, I have to reset the entire phone. I would lose all contacts, apps, etc. If I turned it off, it would not come up, reset as well. Text messages from a friend which has Sprint, repeatedly came in for 36 hours over and over again. This is the worst phone I have ever purchased. DO NOT BUY!!! I have now returned it and purchase a different phone and couldn't be happier.
I recently bought this phone as a gift for my daughter. We were not able to get it activated, and a green circle appeared on the screen and would not go away. The phone was not usable at all. It is a glitch with the phone, do not buy this product.
I am not happy with rhe product. It was a gift for my daughter and the phone doesn't even work correctly.
I SHOULD OF LISTENED TO THE PAST REVIEWS . THIS PHONE IS BAD. I AM BRINGING IT BACK ONCE THE BAD SERVICE GETS MY OTHER PHONE RIGHT, MAY NOT WAIT THAT LONG. THIS PHONE CUTS OFF ON YOU ALL THE TIME DOES NOT PICK UP WEB HALF THE TIME AND WWILL GIVE YOU ERROR MESSAGES ON THE CONSTANT BASIS. I WAS SICK AND MY PHONE OUT OF THE BLUE JUST STOPPED WORKING FOR 4 HOURS WITH A ERROR MESSAGE. CALLED STRAIGHT TALK FOR HELP AND THEY KEPT ME ON THE PHONE FOR 4 MORE HOURS WITH DIFFIRENT REPS WHO HAD NO CLUE ABOUT THE PHONE. FINALLY GOT ONE REP THAT KNEW HOW TO RESET THE PHONE. I TRIED TO EVEN GET MY OLD PHONE BACK ON AND THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE AND REALLY CONSIDER THE SERVICE.
After activating my phone and adding minutes, I could not make a call. A call to customer service had me driving ten miles away from my home trying to get a signal so I could update my profile with was supposed to fix the problem. It wouldn't update even with strong signal, so I waited till the next day and went to walmart. They spent three hours trying to get this phone to work.They ended up giving me a new phone and transferring my number and minutes.They couldn't return the original so I have that too
