Love this phone! Definitely reccomend. Even works better than any iPhone or any other top of the market smartphone out there. Pros: Fast, Efficient, easily downloads apps, user friendly, and does any task your heart desires! I even think it is gamer and social media friendly. I reccomend getting the unlimited everything with straight talk for only about $56 a month, and signing up for the automatic refill program that refills your service and automatically charges your bank account the monthly fee. If you cant afford that, that's fine. You can always down size at any time. This phone is great especially for social media loving and gaming teens, I even think the oldest of seniors could get used to these phones. Yes it's that good... But there are only a few cons Cons: Uses up memory and battery really fast. My phone charges very quickly, it charges in minutes to an hour.. but it drains very quickly, and I find it hard to manage my storage use... but besides that, expect about a year or so usage for this phone If used correctly. I've had this phone for over a year. And I love it!! Not complicated and easy to use. Would definately buy this phone again.
Great phone. Steal case is very durable. I cartwheel bounced it across a sidewalk already but not a single scratch. I didn't pay attention to the tech, I just wanted something that doesn't shatter every time I drop it.

Love the phone but new straighttalk service using Verizon towers is TERRIBLE. Can not get texts to work in my work buildings and sometimes at home which is unacceptable.
I bought this phone to replace my phone that got water damaged. It was a great price. The phone works well.
would prefer the on/on button on the side rather than the back but I will deal with it. Not worth returning for just that... the sale price was too good.
I bought this phone 15 days ago for my husband. He loved it at first. It's large enough for him to see photos and play games and the sound is great. Last night previously installed Apps like FB messenger and Charm King started shutting down, freezing the phone and/or disappearing altogether. We called customer service and they tried to help, but were unable to do so. We then went to Walmart to have them fix it. They also were unable to do so. They were not able to exchange the phone since we no longer had the Box and they could not verify the serial number and because the warranty was expired by 1 day. So now we have to buy another phone which is hard to do when you are on a fixed income. It most likely won't be an LG phone.
Didn't know the phone number to this is locked for one year so read the small print with any phone service you get I was not happy with this the phone works good though but I wanted to switch to another plan
My issue isn't with the phone it's with Walmart because they didn't scan the barcode on the box and now I can't activate my phone because it wasn't scanned. Now I have to go to Walmart to get them to scan it or I have to wait 48 business days for Straight Talk to get it activated. This is a big inconvenience.
