I brought this phone a month ago my son loves his phone.
I bought one of these for a business phone. so to compare it, it has slightly better specifications than a galaxy S4 but works better. I had a galaxy S4, and an S6, and now have an S9 as my personal phone. honestly the battery lasts as long as my S9 which is great. it actually lasts quite a bit longer when sitting. it seems to function better than I was led to believe from the specs. its pretty quick, it's easy to use(just like the more expensive galaxy phones), great resolution on the screen, good size and feels like a little more expensive phone. the ONLY issue I have so far is that you have to hold a letter twice as long to use the symbol. meaning to use an exclamation point, you have to hold "a" longer for it to come up. it's about twice as long as any other phone I've used. I have not used it to call yet so I dont know about call quality yet. but based on everything else, I'd say it's going to be fine.
Experience was great! Felt as safe as possible considering the things going on these days. Everyone was very helpful and kind. And you don't always see that especially now. I will be shopping there again even though we live a ways from there. It was worth it!
I bought this as a first phone for emergencies only for my 8 year old daughter. Simple, inexpensive, and well equipped for what we need it for. The refurbished condition was perfect.
This is a decent phone for the price. I fell and broke the screen, they could not replace the phone nor could they replace the screen. I did however like the phone itself.

I have not used the phone yet . I purchased it not know it would be locked.
I haven't actually started playing with all the settings. However the first thing was the background. I had to connect the phone to Wi-Fi to upload my background settings! As if they weren't factory built and then the options are very minimal no photos or pictures too choice just terrible graphic images.
I was initially happy about the phone but upon start-up I noticed that there was a defect on the bottom of the screen.
I've never used Bixby Home and it is stuck on there and I can't remove it. The phone could use more storage space. I like the alarm system and that it gives me 12 schedules I can program. What I don't like is that when I take a picture, the colors aren't accurate. I've missed out on some cool images to paint because of this defect. There was a time when we had to replace the battery because it wasn't holding its charge and was taking a long time to recharge. It works pretty good now, except for the picture color not being right. I like that I can watch TV using my phone. I have noticed that when my husband uses the speaker phone feature, the voice on the other end is not loud enough. When I text, sometimes my reply doesn't show up at the right time or position of the dialogue. I didn't like the phone at first, but now I do.
