Ali was right on time, knew exactly how to fix my issues after asking what I needed, and was patient and thorough. Wanted to make sure that everything worked as I wanted it too, and that I understood what was where, how to find things, and make adjustments if needed in the future. He was incredibly knowledgeable in every way.
David was great! He diagnosed the problem within the the first 10 SECONDS he was here. I have to get a new cable and when I do, my problem will be fixed. He and I wrote easy instructions on how to install it. Very patient and very nice. Extremely happy!
Mark was one of the nicest and knowledgeable techs I have had the pleasure to meet. He fixed the Roku set up as I had hoped for and was more than willing take time to explain how to get what I needed from this old tv and all the darn remotes I have! Thanks again, Mark!
Michael was GREAT! Arrived early, listened to my questions then proceeded to get Firestick 4 on all 4 of our TVs. He thoroughly retested all apps and gave us great information on getting apps that don't overlap same products. He was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help with streaming data. On smart TVs!
David, our technician was excellent. He contacted me ahead of time to get information on the scope of the project. He also called on the same day, before the meeting, to let me know that he could come a bit early if it was okay with us. He is knowledge and professional and did a great job.
David is knowledgeable, very friendly and is happy to explain ways I might fix the problem in the future. This is his second visit, for a different problem and I am amazed that he always can identify the problem and fix it in an expedient manner. I am very pleased!
Westley was actually a few minutes early! A wonderful surprise! He was quick to understand our problem and talk through possible solutions. Made everything work perfectly and talked.me through how to work with my system. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Westley to others.
Very knowledgeable. Luis took the time & patience to show me how the Roku device works. I asked Luis to please show me again how it works & he did. He reven showed me some other technical things I needed to know. Very very polite. Before he left he asked if I understood everything & he explain. Luis was GR8 !
Fine, but did not know how to reprogram universal remote to include installed Roku. I really would have liked for him to know how to do that...so I could continue to use very expensive universal remote. I can get it to work by using Roku remote....but not what I wanted.
It was unfortunate but once he had things somewhat organized he realized we needed a card coordinated between our cable service and the TIVO VCR. He figured I would have to get the card from the cable company. After he left I realized there was once in the old TIVO unit so I called the cable to solve that
