I bought this to use on the queen bed in my spare room when my 3 1/2 year old grandson stays overnight. It gives me peace of mind that he will not fall out of the bed and hurt himself. It works wonderful, was easy to install and I love the fact that it is a double rail and I don't have to put the bed against a wall. The only drawback is that the bed is a low profile and the rail doesn't fold completely down. Other than that, I love it.
I got this bed rail for my almost-3-year-old. It's very easy to install and very sturdy. My bed frame is a little bit higher than the mattress. So if you want to fold the bed rail down frequently, it may not be very convenient. But I don't really fold the bed rail. My kid get down the bed from the bottom opening. And when I need to change the bed sheet, I can just take the whole thing out because it's very light weighted. By the way, I put the bed against the wall, so I'm just using one side of the bed rail. It's good enough. And if I need, I can actually put another side on another bed. Feel quite worthy.
I have toddlers who still use the bottom bunk. I was afraid they would roll out so I bought this item. It works perfect! As long as you get a bunkie board (which you should have anyway with bunkbeds) it fits snug and secure. The setup was soooo easy and I'm able to change the sheets without any problems. I highly recommend it. It's also pretty long, and on a full size bed, my kids can't roll off through the small gaps on each side. Great price for a GREAT item!
I bought this bed rail three months ago for my 2 year old son. His crib converted into a double/full size bed and we were unable to put it next to a wall so needed a double rail. This was a great choice for the price. It works well on his size of bed because it fits underneath the mattress. The weight of the mattress holds it secure as well as it has straps that connect and can be tightened too. It fits very snug against his mattress so there is no worry that he will fall between it and the mattress. The rails also fold down completely for easy changing of the bedding. I would recommend this bed rail. I don't know if it would be a good choice for a toddler sized bed though.
great product..very strudy. good value for the price. my two year old moves all over the bed and climbs over these rails every day and they hold up very well. i would recommed this product...for the price you just cant beat it for two rails
We purchased this product online and then used the "ship to store" free shipping option. Product was as advertised and looked like the picture displayed. Great price for 2 bed rails. We used it on a queen size bed. Fit perfectly. Does the job. I would recommend this product. I like that it is longer than most bed rails. It's easy to flip the rails down to change the bedding. Overall I am very pleased with our purchase.
This comes with a gate for both sides of the bed. Other gates sold only provide which would be fine if the bed was up against a wall. Easy to assemble, son loves them and it does it job. Adjust to bed which makes it nice not having to worry about gaps.
After a thorough reading of the instructions, it went together exactly as described. It is keeping my grandson from falling 30" to the floor with a thud. Great value for the price.
I installed this on my 2 year old's twin (39" x 75") size bed. It is higher than an average guard rail. So when it's folded down, it will lay in an angle. But the fold down feature is great for fixing the bed covers. It has a smooth surface and rounded edges. No need to worry about your child getting any scratches. The rails adjust to the bed, so no gaps between bed and rail. It came with instructions that was simple and easy to follow. It took me 15 minutes to put it together and 5 minutes to install on the bed. It's strong enough to keep my son from falling off the bed. An unbeatable price for 2 bed rails. I am glad I bought this bedrail. It works on the twin bed without a boxspring and with the bed frame coming up a bit on the mattress. Easy setup, and I like the fact that the mesh is doubled on each bedrail. Lots of protection.
