My homeowners association is very strict with the dimensions, color and material of sheds placed in our yards. I searched many places and found the perfect shed in Suncast. It was relatively easy to install and took about 4 hours between my husband and his friend. It can hold a bunch of items, including our bikes, a bbq with plenty of room to spare. Delivery was way quicker than I expected (about 2-3 weeks before the promised delivery date). The local delivery company in Miami was very professional and provided a decent window for delivery. In addition, the delivery person actually called about 45 minutes before arriving. All around this was a very pleasant experience.
The night it arrived I tore everything out of the boxes and put them all over my garage as I searched for the instructions. Wouldn't you know, they were literally in the very last place I checked. I placed several of the wall pieces against the wall as I went inside to check the instructions. I didn't realize that I was going to need to make my own foundation so a few days later after making my own foundation from 2x4s and plywood I was ready to begin building the shed. The pieces that were leaning up against the wall a few nights ago were now curved up against the wall and this created a little bit of a problem when trying to assemble. In spite of all this, I was able to build the whole shed in about 4 hours with the help of my 10 yr. old neighbor kid. It really wasn't nearly as difficult as I was expecting. All in all, it is a sturdy, waterproof shed that is easy to build.
This shed is amazing. Walmart's price beat out everywhere else I reviewed. My son recently broke both of his legs in a work related injury and is going through physical therapy. With the help of his two children 10 and 13 he was able to put the shed together. He lives where it snows so this shed is going to be wonderful for the kid's bikes and other large items that take up room in his small condo. The shed went together easily, he says, and the hardest part was the roof because he did not have a ladder. It has rained since the shed went up and he reports.....no leaks. Great shed, Great Price, would highly recommend to anyone that needs extra space. You would pay a lot more than this for a storage unit facility.

I read the instructions and unpacked the three large boxes. glad i bought it over the net. delivery was free. had a friend help me. DIFFENTLY NEED TWO PEOPLE! DON'T ATTEMPT TO DO THIS BY YOURSELF. it is very easy to assemble with two people. i went to hardware store and bought a rubber mallet for a couple bucks (this was a god sent for tapping parts together.) took less then 3 hours. highly recomend!
OK the product was is perfect! But when it comes there are many many little pieces. Even if you are handy you can't put this together without help. I had 2 carpenters from one of my construction sites put this together and it took them 2 hours and they are professionals.
WE PUT THE SHED ON A CEMENT PAVEMENT . SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT ,EASY TO PUT TOGETHER .WE HAVE ALREADY HAVE THINGS IN IT .WOULD RECOMMEND BUYING THIS SHED . THANK YOU
Never have owned a shed in my life, and this one is nice. We picked it to match the puny one that came with the house. The skylight adds extra light to help when navigating around in the shed. The one drawback to a resin shed is that you can't just screw hooks onto the wall, and the accessories are expensive and limiting. The walls are not as sturdy to support tools hanging or even leaning, and unless you have shelves, a lot of upper space is wasted. It's a great size! Just be careful to actually make sure all parts are there before assembling (as the instructions suggest). We were missing all the hardware which thankfully we could get from a local hardware store to complete the assembly on one of the last nice days of fall. Phew! They promptly shipped us the hardware, that was nice.
Putting the shed together was fairly simple. Just check the instruction to find out in what order they go.Roof panels would be an easy step if two people do this step.Total time 5 hours for one person a retired carpenter. A helper might be handy to hold the first couple of pieces but once you have the corner started you are on your way.
