Omega 3 6 9 is hard to find, so get it while you can.
These Sundown Natural Omega 3-6-9 capsules seem to be good value. I've been taking them for a few months and they haven't given me fishy breath or weird burps. I find the gel caps to go down easily however they are quite large. If you have trouble with larger pills you may find these hard to swallow. Time will tell if they help with Cholesterol levels, I'm hoping they boost my HDL.
This is one of the two complete Omega 3 products which contain EPA, DHA and ALA carried by Walmart. The Spring Valley Omega 3-6-9 didn't state whether it has been purified to remove mercury, PCBs and dioxins whereas the Sundown did. For peace of mind, I decided to go with the Sundown Triple Omega 3-6-9.
Helps brain chemistry by not eating fish which is a brain food and helps with depression as well.
Our Vet recommended, Omega 3-6-9 for our 2 year old Lab. Ollie loves to swim and always developed hot-spots which he would constantly scratch. Omega 3-6-9 WORKS. He still swims nearly every day and NO hot-spots for a year! He takes 2 pills a day; one with each meal. Being a Lab he has a Labatite, so we just put the capsule in with his dry food. No problem!

good to have a combo of 3-6-9 all in one product. 200 count bottle seems like a good size to get value and not have product go stale before using them all.
