I bought this product for a loveseat and a sofa - and I also bought a second set. The material is wonderful. It holds up well to my big golden retriever - he also loves the material!
This is exactly what I had hoped. It was sturdy material and will easy to wash. Just put in dryer for 20 min damp dry and didn't have to iron. Fit is perfect. Thanks for quick delivery!
I ordered several loveseat-size covers to see which one would fit best over my chair & a half, which was too big to use a chair cover. I chose to keep this one because it was the best overall value and I thought the classic look would provide the best options to use it in different rooms over time. I debated between the heavyweight duck and this classic one, which is still a nice weight. This worked best since I had so much fabric to tuck into the chair. I debated the tuck-it tool, but decided not to keep it since there was so much fabric to deal with. I was amazed at how well it could tuck it all in to get a clean look. Of course, I am sure we will need to retuck it alot.
The dog sits on our loveseat all day long and I noticed that her hair and dander started to make an already old love seat, look very worn and tired. This slip cover was a great solution to not only cover up the old school flower pattern, but it is also very easy to wash when the dog has gotten too much hair on it. It has given an old love seat new life. I only gave it 4 stars because our loveseat is not very boxy, but has a lot of curves, while it does cover it, it doesn't fit all that perfectly. Its is better than needing to buy a whole new couch though!
For some reason shipping was a long wait, will have to say that it was well worth it! The cover fits like a glove on an old but super comfortable loveseat. I am thinking about getting another. The price point was very affordable for this cover. This product feels like it will last a long time and holds up after washing and drying.
Pros: looks great & fits my love seat perfectly. I have a dog that loves my sofa -- ths cover washes and dries just great! Cons: I HATE to iron and the ties really need to be ironed to look good.
I bought this because it looks nice in the photos and I want to protect my furniture. The material is sturdy and easily washed and the ties help keep it in place. Don't expect it to fit like it does in the photos though. it has a very loose and untidy look despite how much time you spend tucking and pulling it on the piece of furniture. You will not want to leave this on when you have company but it does protect nicely in between those times.
Just as the previous reviewer stated, this is very sheer, even on my light colored sofa, I could still see completely thru it. The fabric was terribly wrinkled and if I intened to keep it, would be cumbersome to iron. Even after much adjusting, it still managed to look like I had draped my bedsheet across my sofa. I suppose this would work in a pinch,but as for myself, will be returned promptly.
Fabric is nice, but these things never fit. And when you send it back, the refund process is less than stellar.
It wrinkles easy and the bows look nothing like the photo, way too short. My loveseat measured appropriately but the cover looks huge.
