It's 99% isopropyl, the best to use for electronics cleaning, like CPUs. And it was pretty cheap. So...
I use it to active alcohol based paints. It works great, regular 70% does not work for these paints.
Having able to get the 99% is amazing. However, the volume for it's price is a little pricey. I expected a typical bottle and this one came in a much smaller container.
