I started taking this about 4 months ago, and I really didn't know if it was helping me or not. I just wasn't seeing or feeling anything different. So, I decided to stop taking it to see if there was any differences. And I did notice that I didn't feel the same as I did when I was taking it. I have tried several "anti-stress" pills - but....have come back to this one - it does not make me jittery and helps take the edge off. I work w/ "needy" customers all day long and find when I take this - it helps me be calmer and more relaxed and more willing to want to help.
I believe I see some results with this one. Not super clear like a switch on or off but appears to have some effect which is what I was after. No negatives and that's just as important. I could recommend to others if it came up in this vein.
