I love my personal spa - I had conerns regarding another review expressing concerns over the heating element - so far no problem. Several of my neighbors are interested purchasing thier own.. great little product that does not need to be a permanent part of the landscape. I did need to purchase additional filters and found that I had to go to the manufacturer who nicely provided the part number and an authorized distribor of the part. I should recieve them today - no shipping charge
Got this spa 3 weeks ago and just love it. Shipping was fast, set up was quick and easy. Place it in my enclosed screen room and it match everything in there. Sitting in it is comfortable, it does not have padding on the floor, but it's padded enough.I keep it at 105 and it's plently hot enough. You have to check the filter cartridge once a week and clean it out. It comes with two. I use bromo tables in a spa floating devise. Check the PH once a week. Seem to be working out great. I can't say enough. This was perfect since we wanted it in our screen room and it was the only way to get it in there was to get a inflatable spa. Picture shows blk & white, but it's greg & white. Looking forward to many more nights of relaxation.
Heater went bad and stopped heating after 2 months we got a replacement and that heather went 2 months later we gave up and tossed both hot tubs... we kept the tub inside on our sun porch and also took very good care of it because we loved it. Big waste of monay very upsetting..
