So this thing is great - it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be, I admit - but I love it nonetheless! I'm an esthetician, a skin care professional, so I understand the great benefits that come from receiving ionic therapy. This wand will help to increase circulation and healthy blood flow to your skin. Ionic therapy helpful in that it promotes a greater penetration of anti wrinkle products into the deeper layers skin. It's very effective in doing eye treatments, and in reducing both puffy and swollen eyes, as well as terrible, deep, dark circles under the eyes, like I get! The wand is portable and small enough that you could take it with you on the airplane to help do away with the fatigued look you can get around your eyes when traveling... I personally like to pull it out of my makeup bag when I'm sitting at work if I've got a couple of minutes, in between clients. When they see me using it, of course they ask about it, so it's a great product to refer, and an easy upsell to the facial they've come to receive.
I loved it, its a little smaller than I thought but as long as you keep it pressed against your skin without lifting it off, it works exactly as described!
This works great as long as there is moister to make the circuit. It feels good knowing I am getting the most benefit from my Swiss Botany Dragons Blood serum. I did have to replace the battery once already.
Runs for one or two seconds and stops, before serum is absorbed into skin. Then you have to wait a few seconds to a minute before it will run again for a second or two. The serum absorbs into skin without being able to benefit from the use of the wand. Don't waste your money and time.
This is so cheaply made, it looks worse than the toy that I could of gotten at the $1 store. Do not buy!
