Due to several medical issues, I have extremely dry eyes. I have used nearly all the Systane eye products in the past, but tried the Gel drops about a month ago. They are superior to the other varieties. (There is a huge difference between the eye "gel" and the eye "drops"). The price reflects the difference. The "gel" is about twice as expensive, but I only have to use it twice a day versus four to six times with the "drops". It is normal for your eyes to be blurry for about 10 minutes after using the gel. I just close my eyes and relax during that time. I was home bound for a couple weeks and decided to order 4 bottles online so my caregiver wouldn't have to try to find them in a store. The service was excellent.
I suffer from chronic dry eye but don't like the eye ointment products. These gel drops are soothing and long lasting. I use them every night, but they can be used during the day as well.
I have to use a dry eye solution and I like this for the days and I use lubricant at night… recommended
I have bought almost every one of the eye drops. I use this one every night.. and sometimes in the daytime if my eyes are extra dry.
I use Systane eye gel drops for my dry eyes . It's the only gel eye drops what really works for me. I recommend for everyone who suffers from severe dry eyes. My opthalmologyst also recommended, does help a lot.
You want better feeling eyes really! This makes the world of difference. A few drops here and there and your eyes will feel renewed! Unbelievable! It actually helps. Get it now.
I can't stand to have the doctor use eye drops on me and I refuse to use them myself. The doctor recommended gel drops, which don't "drop" or "splash" into the eyes, but rather, I squeeze a small amount onto my index finger, put half on the other index finger, and place each finger at the corner of my eyes. It spreads itself over the surface of each eye, and there's no splashing!
This gel really helped my dry eyes caused by the drops I have to use for my glaucoma! It immediately relieved my extremely itchy eyes.
If it says gel, you will probably want to use it when you plan on closing your eyes go sleep because it is thick. You won't be working, reading, or looking at a computer screen right after putting these in.
Sometimes the bottles are very thin and sometimes they are too thick. Makes squeezing a single drop difficult
