I have used these eye drops for over 10 yrs. They were suggested to me by my eye surgeon as being one of the best over the counter drops. He was correct!!
Systane in every formula works to provide symptomatic relief of dry eyes. There are other things my physician has me do e.g. warm compress to my eye. But when your eyes do not produce tears you should seek medical care. Only a doctor can diagnose and treat this condition. I use Systane in its many formulas and it helps.
My Opthalmologist highly recommends this product for anyone who has implanted contact lens %26 it can be purchased Over the counter without a prescription. I buy a package of 2 bottles at a time usually from my drug store.
with my super dry eyes I use the ultra three times a day and the other one at night once these have been helping my eyes from itching and burning for the last 3 years that I have used this better than any other that I have used I certainly can say that this is the best one there is.

Wouldn't want to be without. Treats kindly the condition Dry Eye due to the glitch of it all best of aaaall Systane otc drops. Still and even so, in 2024 there truly ought be SOMEthing which alleviates the condition altogether in my view. That aside I've used other Systane product formulas to little relief if any but for nighttime %26 sleep use Systane Gel DROPS / Systane GEL Ointment. They offer more than one ‘Ointment' more than one'Gel' formulation so please consider the labeled ingredients or at least differentiate between the titled products: Vital! Because I've been had by purchasing the wrong ones, many times! They Systane ought to be more responsible for their customers. That aside it still gets the most relief, in combination once again with the health condition Dry Eye.
Both bottles expired 17 months ago and the box seems like it may have been previously open.
This does not look at all like the product I ordered. I try to get the same that my dr recommends but this product pictured, which I received, does not look like the pictured product when I placed my order. I ordered Systane Ultra High Performance Lubricant Eye Drops but received Systane Ultra High Performing Dry Eye Relief. The product I use to get and that I am trying to order has blue on the package, what is being shipped to me does not. This has happened to me 3 times so far. Did the packaging and name change?
I didn't ask for delivery. Tried to cancel and was told may or may not work. A massive pain in my butt. Then on the day it was to be delivered it was and the box it was in was crushed. I was surprised the bottle was in one piece. This along with a screwed up pick up has caused me to again stop using anything Wal mart.
This was the info on order form but received pkg with 1 bottle. Would have purchased 3 bottle pkg from Costco if your system had not been misleading.
