Had a little trouble at first with the SD card ( It wouldn't mount to the phone) got that fixed and it is great. The only problem is you cant move apps to the SD card, alright for me but other family members who have the same phone play game on it and the games take up a lot of space on the phone.
I am totally amazed with this phone! It was so easy to set up, fast 4G with awesome service, takes wonderful pictures! Very lightweight which is a huge plus! I had a Dell Windows phone for 2 years that I could never set up properly as it was "possessed" by Dell or something? Also, I was somewhat nervous as I'm not a youngster anymore and nowhere near being up to date on tech. devices. But this phone was so easy to set up and I'm loving it. Yes, the battery does need to be charged more often depending on usage, but I consider it a small price to pay for a smartphone that can do everything just as well as a $500 phone. Very, very pleased!
Easy setup and transfer from old phone. Best deal out there for unlimited everything. Could use a stronger battery, but adequate for hard use for one day. Large screen and very lightweight. Had it less than one month and no problems yet.
Bought this for my Son for Christmas and he loves the phone. Battery life is good and it does everything he needs it for. Not the latest high tech gadget but for the money it is definitely worth it.
Already had this phone but didnthaveinsurance. Bought the walmart version for 30 dollars cheaper. Great phone for multitasking ( watching videoa and surfing the web at the sametime , unique lg feature quick slide) . Another positive is that with the T mobile phones when you buy it directly from t-mobile you do not get a minute and user's manual but when you buy the phone from the Walmart family plan you get a full user's manual and warranty information that is very useful. also because this is a lower and smartphone or I guess midrange smartphone please be sure to buy a case for your phone a very good case to protect it from water or anything that may hate it or damage the outside case of the phone and protect your screen otherwise you can keep this phone forever
We live in a rural area...this phone works perfectly! Not only does it satisfy the needs of working in a rural area, but it does more than I expected! I would highly recommend this phone. It is VERY user friendly, takes great pictures, texting is so simple...I love this phone. I would recommend it everyone!
Haven't seen a bill yet to see how much over $39.88 it really costs. That may change my rating considerably if it is much higher.
I purchased 2 of these phones and the family mobile starter kits online. When we went to go pick up the phones and starters at the store, the system woulnt let us pick up the 4 items. Turns out that you can only pick up 2 because the starter kits scan as a prepaid. We were able to pick up the phones and refund the starter kits and purchase in store. Activation was easy and lets yoy activate multiple lines at ond time. There's not alot of internal storge and unfortunately you ccannot move apps to the sd card, if youpurchase one. Other than that, the phone works great.
Let's face it. How much do you really expect from a lower end (price wise) phone? This phone does all I can ask it to do with ease. I'm not a heavy gamer and I consider my text and phone usage as moderate. As with other android phones that I've owned, battery life is not all that stellar. I do get a day's usage out of the battery however and that's with leaving some apps running all day purposefully. I find the phone processes quickly, the camera is good whether using the front or rear camera. The only drawbacks are that you can't store your apps on your SD card, the volume could be louder and battery life could be somewhat better as well. For its price point however, this phone delivers exceptional value.
It can't be used while charging and it's always shutting down automatically. Also, when it's off and I put in my pocket, I can feel that it's hot. I'm not even using it so why it's heating like that? I'm so disappointed. I even drove to a walmart store far away from our place just to get this coz it's not available on the nearest store. I really don't like it. I just bought a T-mobile android phone ( Alcatel one touch fierce) at best buy and it's so much better!
