Absolutely love my Samsung Galaxy S 4. Upgraded for a S 2 and amazed at how much faster it works. The picture quality on the camera AP is GREAT. Love this phone.
I bought two Galaxy S4 phones ($598 for mom and dad) and two iPhone 6 64GB phones ($1500 for the kids). We have the T-Mobile family plan that's $100 a month for four phones. I bought these WFM phones because they're only $299 each, then put my T-Mobile sim cards into them. Yes, they work perfect for T-Mobile customers too! These GS4 phones are better than the IPhone 6. Same size phone, but with a bigger screen. Full 1080 HD display. Longer battery life. Much louder speaker. And $450 cheaper. I spent an extra $900 for the kids, because apparently they need iPhones for social media contacts, like iMessage etc. The iPhone has finger print technology, which is old after a few minutes (the GS5 has it too). I do also like the camera on the iPhone. However, if they break their iPhones, it will break the bank to replace them.
love the phone. The customer service rep at the Transit Road store was awesome. He helped with transferring an existing phone number to the new phone, and showed my son all the apps etc... He also helped me with my sons old Samsung S II as I kept that phone for myself.
I love galaxies and this is spectacular. Very satisfy.
There are pros and cons. But the pros win. I am able to save money by not having to use wifi on my iPad mini because my phone does everything the iPad mini does. So, I dropped the coverage I had on my iPad mini. The size is good and bad. Bigger than the phone I used to have, but large enough to see what is on the internet... and Smaller and lighter than carrying around my iPad mini. So far, it is proving to be good. BUT one thing I need to be sure to pass on. When I got my phone and I went in to the Walmart Store. The young man at the counter by the phones helped me get everything set up quickly and meant I didn't need to spend hours trying to figure it out on my own. That made the whole experience even better.
My gf and I are on the t-mobile family plan at walmart (i work at walmart) and so we originally had t-mobile phones she had some cheapie and i got the Galaxy S2 (2 years ago) So this year we decided to get a new phone for her, and chose the S4 because it was pretty nicely priced, the S5 is like 200$ more and is the latest one out, so getting the S4 for 299 was awesome. Shipping was problematic, at first they said be 10 days to ship or something, a few days later i get an email saying my credit card needed updated, so i go and click the button (nothing was aucutally wrong with my card..maybe a glitch) and when i did that, the phone got re-ordered and shipped right away..said 3 days! i guess this glitch worked in my favor Got the phone, love its screen, it looks amazing with that AmolED that samsung uses, makes for a beautiful screen and the colors just come alive (it might be on the to-bright side) It comes with tons and tons of apps, more than any phone i have seen, all pre-installed ready to go, it has the RF sensor so you can use an app and change any of your devices (using the phone as a remote) pretty handy if you lose your remote for your TV for example (RF is new to the S4 and onward) Sound is excellent, crisp and loud, it even came with headphones, and they are decent, not super good (the best buds i ever had that came with a phone was my old Blackberry Curve..those were amazing) all and all a very good phone, wont need upgrading for a very long time, does everything she needs it do and then some, super impressed on how sleek and good looking the phone is For the price, I'd say if you need a really good phone for the t-mobile family plan, this is the phone to get, forget older models, pay a little extra and get the S4, it doesn't disappoint
It was replacement for the one I bought a year ago . The original one I got was awesome . I would advice everyone that purchase that you keep it in a case . I am so glad that I bought the protection plan with it .
I have all ways loved Samsung phones and will stay with samsung.

I Had a Samsung galaxy 2 and I broke it ..I went with this phone because it's Samsung and an upgrade from the 2.supposedly..I have found that the newer the phones they make the more apps they put on them ...It's totally unnecessary and aggravating to me to have things I don't want or need or like installed on MY phone ...Let me decide if I want a particular app on MY phone YOU are using MY space for what YOU think I might like and worse then that using My phone for You're advertisements .Come On Samsung! ...This is strickly for Samsung ... Walmart delivered well and in good condition ...like it but Don't need your advertisements on my phone....could be much much better..without it..
