I purchased this phone 2 years ago and my grandson cracked the screen. I just purchased a new one would have preferred a larger screen. This phone is simple to operate for any older person with little Internet experience.
This is my first smartphone and I love it!!! Its super easy to use and the activation was really easy as well.
I've had this phone for over 6 months now, and I really have no complaints. I did not purchase it through Walmart, I got it at a local Verizon store. Seeing it here on Walmart's site, I wish I would have purchased it here. It has a nice battery life, runs fast and boots fast. It's perfect for my needs, which aren't high end needs. However I'm sure if I was more into apps and smart-phoneish things that It'd run very well Overall, I'd recommend this phone to anyone who wants a Galaxy name, without the Galaxy price (also I'd recommend buying it through Walmart, instead of paying almost 300$ like I did at a phone store)
Love the ways it works with game playing and be able to do selfies !!! Love it and would definately recommend to friends!!! Great value for the Quality and overall performance !!! LOVE IT
This is my first real smart phone. It has all the fun bells and whistles that I love. Noise, pictures, things like that. I have it all set up now with my favorite icons, and contacts that I can just click an icon and goes right to the contact or app. I originally bought the wrong one on-line. It was the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, but it was for T-Moble. I am in a rural community that doesn't have t- moble. This guy, DJ, in the electronics dept, even though he was extremely busy, helped me out so much. He took me to the Straight talk Core Prime, and helped me by calling store managers about how to get my money back on the t-moble one, then to buy the Straight Talk smart phone. So friendly and helpful. I am new to smart phones, so I don't know how others work, but this is simple and pretty and a lot of fun, for a great price. Now I have a little hand held computer and phone to carry around. Loving it.
Phone is ideal for what we need, works just as well as the high cost phones.
Previously had this phone . It broke and we replaced it with the same phone because its a great phone.
We bought this phone for my step daughter, she likes it and it takes good quality photos from what I can tell on Facebook.
So far this has been a good purchase. I appreciate the extra internal memory and the ability to move apps to the SD card. Sometimes it takes a few swipes to unlock the screen, and big apps (like Pokemon Go) can be slow to load. Otherwise, it does the job. Call quality is good and the TMobile Network provides good service.
I guess the over all is ok. I have issues with the speaker people keep telling me I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Half the time Noone can hear me and I'm yelling in the phone so that is pretty frustrating. Also it tends to force close for no reason. Other than that it's ok,decent storage and camera.
