very sticky very good value
This product is as described, I am pleased; althought mine came w/o manufacturer's label. note: The rolls DO NOT list the length of the tape on the roll. Althought item is NOT stocked in-store, "Site-2-Store" delivery was fast n free. This is a decent tape for mailing small, lightweight packages. Adhesive is adequate but not super-strong. Adhesive blotchiness result in less-than transparent-tape. Tape thickness, strength is the minimum specification for USPS/UPS packaging. So, tape can occasionally tear unexpectedly. I would NOT use this for moving-boxes or where a safe, secure & strong seal is required.
I ship items all over the world and I use this tape to sesl the packages and on the bubble wrapped item inside and I have been very happy with it. More importantly my customers love the way the packages arrive.
The Tartan Tape was not only a great vaue, but works as well as the tape I previously used that cost more! Why pay more for a tape of similar quality? Dave
This tape is good for my needs , sealing boxes .. Seems to be strong enough and has good holding power. I have bought thicker sealing tape BUT at twice the price and i feel that it was over kill for my needs. Would recommend.
I purchased 20 rolls of this for my ebay business specifically based off the previous reviewer. I do agree that the price is great, but this packaging tape is not good. It is VERY thin and I have to double up the tape on large boxes so the bottoms don't blow out. I would say that this is a tape more suited for general around the house uses, not large packages.
Put it to you this way... You can hold the end and let go of the roll and it will start unrolling itself. Not the best adhesive but it is cheap. Use lots of this tape or get a better tape.
the picture shows a roll of tape w/ a label that says it's 109 yards. The description says 165' which = 55 yards. When delivered, the packing slip said there would be 2 x 55' rolls. There was only 1 roll with the label missing. Wish I would have read the description instead of relying on the picture. I would have bought it anyway. But I expect the quality will be cheap.
The picture and description shiw you will get 6 rolls of Scotch 3M packing tape. However, you receive 1 roll of Tartan packing tape.
Not worthy, very bad quality.
