came to see if others had this problem, only to see a mountain of bad reviews so now I'm spooked. the picture is okay.. at times sharp and other times not so much. the sound is okay. it gets loud. I am pretty upset that I cant hang it. that was my intention for my small room. now it has to go on the dresser in my room. blocking my window light. I am very unhappy.. in 2022 how hard is it to add 4 holes behind a tv for me to hang it if necessary. now on top of this I have to worry about it turning black soon. 3 stars because it works and isn't too bad and has apps i need.
Got the TV home, all was well...When I opened it and got it set up there was a small white dot right in the middle of the screen 😭😭😭😭 I really dont feel like going through an exchange...To be honest I wish the dot was in the corner then I could ignore it, but the middle of the screen 🤦🏾♀️...TV wasn't damaged as far as I know, packaged well, looks like it was just made with this default. Other than that, great picture. 🥴
Bought this TV from Walmart Oct. 2022, only had four months and now it won't open up any of the channels/apps. We have to unplug the TV and plug it in after a few minutes before it will go to an app so we can watch tv. We bought TCL's for every room. I worried the others will start doing this. Hopefully it is just this one. Not really happy with this TV, it also flashes on and off at times when you first turn it on.
We bought this tv for a Christmas gift to our daughter. Less than 1 month later the screen just fall out. I contacted allstate they tell me to contact TCL because it was less than 30 days. TCL tells me it "appears" the screen was shattered... DUHHHH didn't Kenneth see I said the screen fell out oh and I provided pictures as well. Now TCL is telling me to contact Walmart. This has been the worse experience, what's the point of paying extra for insurance when no one owns up to there responsibility?
Purchased September 2022 and it's February 10, 2023 and this is the picture. Wished I would've read the reviews before I purchased this junk. Seems to be a common thing with TCL. Save yourself the heartache and money and buy the better tv. You definitely get what you pay for! Junk! Wish there was a way for giving no stars because it doesn't even deserve one star
They gave me a defected tv I didn't know until after I spent hundreds getting it mounted now I have to pay to get it un mounted and get help to bring it back for a new one.
So sad. Just bought it for a 92 year old man, barely used, sound works, light in bottom blinks, but picture turned black one day without incident. It was just past return policy! I don't know who to call because we bought it ion the Walmart app.
I've been using TCL TVs for years and decided to upgrade to a 65 inch tv; this TV lasted every bit of two days before a red line appeared to the far left side. Yes two people lifted and placed the tv together and yes we checked on all sides for damage. 😩
No where in the ad did it say the tv was refurbished but I did receive a tv with a sticker on it that said it was refurbished. When I opened the package there was no power cord we wall mounted the tv anyways and when we finally got a replacement cord and took the plastic off that it was damaged with cracks and scratches and when plugged in only a quarter of the screen even lit up. The shipping box was undamaged. This product has been returned we are awaiting a refund.
I got home to set up my new TV super excited after paying someone with a truck to give me a ride to pick it up bc it wouldn't fit in r vehicles after getting home and plugging it in the tv had lines all through it. Now the sell is off and they want me to pay $60 to get the exact same tv I purchased 2 days ago the is broken
