Was not aware of the slit on the thighs. gives a little more room but could have done without.
These fit great! I am between sizes and it is hard to find something to fit my mom pouch in. These shorts are perfect. They have room to give and they are not tight around the thighs. I'm definitely ordering more.

super cute! high rise but can be worn lower too (i tried both ways) they are thick jean material- Not very stretchy. The pockets are real on the front and the back which is a plus. i love them!

Sizing is on the small side. They come up high on the waist. The inseam is too short for my preference. Other than that, not a bad pair of shorts if you don't mind how short they are.
