I purchased this large Reuseable ice therapy pack for my shoulder that has been injured,and it works well,the gel pak is large and freezes easily and fits into the provided mesh sleeve with velcro straps.It stays cold for long periods and is convienient to use.I refreeze in a gallon size ziplock bag to help protect the Gel pak while its stored.
This product is the real deal. It works just like the physical therapists, as I use it to reduce inflammation after rehabbing with weight lifting. It is most effective because it last 2-3 hours, covers a big area, and straps on which keeps it in place in hard to get to areas.
By far the best ice pack I've tried, if only because it's the only one that lasts more than ten minutes. It is a little bulky, and it does take a while to freeze so if you need it more than once per day it might be worth buying two to rotate. I did have to reinforce an edge seam that had a tiny pinhole leak, but an inch of electrical tape did the job. After six weeks of daily use it's still my go to for inflammation/pain relief.

I used the Therma-Med ICE+GEL Cryo Pak. I love how well it covers my entire knee from a Knee Replacement. It had the swelling down very quickly and kept my pain leve at a minimum. Thank you for having a wonderful product.
OMG I love this strap on ice gel pack! Let me start by saying “I hate heat “! And I love Yoga! Unfortunately, the heat in the four yoga classes I attend weekly has really been getting to me, so much that I had to find a way to tolerate the heat during class … when I saw this on Walmart I decided to give it a try. I put it around my waist, put my shirt over it and you would never know I'm wearing it and it has made all the difference in the world keeping me cool enough to be able to do a one hour class and not be miserable!
This stays cold %26 cold. Very happy with it
I had full knee replacement and needed to ice my knee several times a day and purchased this product for this reason. The ice pack is convient, stays cold for a couple of hours and conforms good around my leg. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the straps that are suppose to keep the pack in place by Velcro comes apart.
Product has a stretchy velcro strap which only somewhat holds the product on, but the product still works fine and the strap is of some use. I certainly recommend it.
