Love this thermos!!!

I bought 2 of these and I love them. My son goes to daycare and he just moved to the 3 yr old room from the toddler room. In the toddler room they have a microwave but in the 3s you have to send a thermos or a cold lunch. So I found these and I knew they would be perfect. Everyday I send my son a main course and a veggie. I follow the directions and put boiling hot water in the thermoses 1st w/ lid on for about 5 mins. then I put the food in there, make sure it's super hot. I drop him off at 7:15 and he eats lunch at 11:30 and his teachers say his lunch is the perfect temp every day. They hold the right amount off food, & he does have a pretty big appetite. I love the blue color too!! Make sure you do wash them as soon as you get home though. I would definitely recommend these. They are a little more expensive than some other thermoses, but they are an excellent product.

This is perfect for sending your little ones off to school with a hot meal instead of a sandwich. Keeps food warm until they are ready to eat.

I bought this thermos for my 5 year old to use at school. I put chicken & star soup in the thermos at about 7:40am and he had some for lunch. When my son got home from school at 2:20 pm I checked his soup. IT WAS STILL HOT!!!! I was impressed. This thermos exceeds my expectations.

I actually used a little thermos for years for this very thing, but it wasn't dishwasher safe. As soon as I found these I bought several. I use them to fix (and feed from) my baby's cereal. It keeps it warm so it's not gross cold to eat. It's easy, contained, and I just throw it in the dishwasher when I'm done.

I bought this for my 4 year old for his preschool lunches. It's the perfect size for him, and easy enough for him to open on his own. His food is still warm at lunchtime (I do put hot water into the thermos to sit for a few minutes before putting the food in). It's very easy to clean as well.

This thermos helped so much in fixing additional items for my sons lunch. He can now take chicken nuggets, soup or spaghetti and they stay warm until lunchtime!

I like this Thermos Jar. I bought 2 of them, both colour. I know it's abit expensive compare to those same brand same volume "adult look" black stainless steel jar. But why not give a few more bucks for the nice colour to encourage kids to eat and bring homemade food. I saw some review mention the size is abit too small. I agree if that's for an adult portion. For babies' or even kids' portion, I found it just right. Too much air space left in a thermo jar would make the hot food turn cold faster. Also, the product instruction also give a tip to keep food warm/cold for longer time which is to pre-warm the jar with hot water or pre-cool the jar with cold water before puting in the food. I had tried to pre-warm the jar, then put hot (freshly off the stove) food in it, after 5 hours, it's still warm and at "baby" serving temperature. (That's not hot to lips.)

I love this thermos, I bought it so I could take extra milk for my son without worrying about spoilage during our long trips to Grandma's house. It stays cold for hours with that in mind I even use it for water while on long errands. I have'nt had any condensation form on the outside nor has it become to cold to the touch.

My oldest confirmed that the soups are still hot when he is eating them 4 to 5 hours later. Fruit stays cold and fresh too. Wonderful for lunches for on the go different meals.

Love the looks of this product and fits easily in the baby bag. I just wish it would keep food warmer for longer. It says it keeps food warm for 5 hours - I would say 3 hours maximum!
