This is a nice size thermal bag, will fit your microwaveable 'meal' with the box and still have room for your snack and ice pack.
I bought this lunch box for my eee pc computer. It quite large for eee pc. Since then I bought a lunch box from ebag.com for my eee pc. It came with shoulder strap with this one does have. This item is well constructed. I recommend this item if you are looking for long lasting hand carry lunch box.
