My son was turning 1 and I bought this for his little party. I couldn't wait to open it and he absolutely LOVED this! He would not get out of it. Loves the balls the opening the holes to push the balls through and playing peekaboo around the corners. Would highly recommend this. He spent a good Hour in it when he first saw it.
Bought this for our grandson (16 months) he loves Thomas. He climbs in and likes putting the balls through the holes, or just throwing them out. I noticed where others who purchased this bought extra balls because it only comes with 20. I didn't because I didn't want 100 balls all over our living room since he likes to throw them out. He likes it just fine without the extra balls, plus gives him room to sit down or stand. Definitely need a pump to air it up. It seems sturdy. I think he will enjoy it for a long time.
I got this for my grandson for his birthday and he loved it! It doesn't come with a lot of balls but I've seen several of these so I knew it wouldn't. You can purchase an extra set to go with, I did and it was fine. The Thomas theme was so cute, I'm so glad they had it because we love Thomas. I like that it has the one side where he can push the balls threw, he has fun doing that. The colors are so bright and Thomas and his friends show up nice. He loves it and will have a lot of fun playing in it.
My son got this for his 1st Birthday and he loves it!!! It was super easy to blow up and it's a good size for him to play in. I don't think it' s meant for a bunch of kids at a time but it's just him at home and he does really well with it. He has room to lay down in it and stand up. He really like popping the balls through the little holes on the side and having me pop them back through to him. The colors and designs on this are really adorable and any Thomas fan will really enjoy it. The price is really good for what you're getting and was much better than what I was expecting. It comes with 20 balls but that's literally nothing compared to what it will take to fill the bottom up like you're picturing in your head. I would suggest buying about 200 extra balls to fill the bottom up. After putting that many in ours it's pretty full and he has a lot of fun with it. I'm really glad he got this because he has really enjoyed it thoroughly!
My grandson loved this. The only problem was the cats liked it too and no matter how many holes I find it still deflates. So not good if you have cats.
Ordered this for my 2 year old son for Christmas. He loves Thomas the train and it will go great in his Thomas themed bed room. Gave it 4 stars because the pack only comes with 20 balls . I found a YouTube video review of this item....contrary to what is shown in the advertising picture, 20 doesn't even cover the bottom of this thing. 20 balls is not enough if you want the feel of a real ball pit. I ended up purchasing more from Walmart's website...the sell them in increments of 50. A friend purchased a similar toy for her child and he loved it. Sure my son will love it as well.
