DVD was damaged during shipping. Before I opened it, something small was rattling around inside like a piece of something. I made the "odd" decision to open it and the holder in the middle of the disc had broken and the broken pieces were what was rattling around. The disc had been moving around because of this and was scratched all over during shipment. I set up a return and was given a barcode to show customer service at the store. Upon returning it, the associate told me that since I opened it (oddly??) that I could only exchange it for the same DVD. Only problem was they didnt have them at my store...that's why it was "shipped" to me and not "delivered" from my own store!! So now I'm left paying for a damaged DVD. Not happy. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son...
