These are an excellent buy and replacement for LG refrigerator air filters. They fit, they work, and they're affordable.

One of the reasons we purchased this refrigerator is for the benefit of fresh air circulating in the fridge and filtered water for drinking and cooking. The negative of that is that you have to replace filters every so often, and that gets expensive! Enter Discount Filter. For an item as relatively simple as a carbon air filter, I found no noticeable difference between these replacement filters and the more expensive LG filters. They fit properly and as far as I can tell, they do the same job.
I thought twice about buying the OEM replacements. I probably would not have changed the filter if I had to pay the cost of an OEM filter. These appear to be exact duplicates and likely work as well but how can one tell?
These filters are exactly as description detailed. Shipment arrived on time. Would recommend as a very acceptable replacement for OEM filter at a reduced price.
I purchased these because of the reasonable price. I had trouble inserting it into the housing due to it being almost too tight to install. I don?t really know if I can tell that it is doing it?s job. Fingers crossed.
