[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mom took advantage of this product. She received injured her ankle and it swell up. After taking X-ray and no broken bones, we tried these patches and she loved them. She placed them on her ankle 30 min-1 hour after shower and left it on all night. The smell of herbal medicine will fill the room for the next couple hours but she did noticed cooling sensation and the swelling greatly decreased. She changed it to another one the next morning and walked slowly around the house. She will repurchase more in the future.

I love these patches they are good to keep around when you have pain in your office or anywhere . This product is the one thing I can count on that's for sure can't go wrong with them . Whether it is upper or lower back pain, I know that when I stick these on my pain will be eased! They heat up almost immediately to start delivering that good tiger balm right where you need it the most. What is really nice about them is that the patches deliver the good stuff without the cream mess and isn't as potent of a smell as some other creams. However, youbare limited by the patch size. So depending on the size of pain, you are limited by the patch size. But you can apply more than one or cut if you need smaller. They definitely bring relief when needed. Whether it's after an intense workout or a gnarly fall (I am really clumsy lol) I can count on tiger balm for relief!

I used it while driving a long distance and while sitting for hours working. It help relieve the pain in my joints for a good long while. I didn't like how strong the scent was on the patches. Actually when I'm alone the scent is fine but when around others it's very strong. I used the product and I enjoyed it but the patches do not stay long or I just applied incorrectly. I use the product for back pain and I love the fact you don't have to apply this one like other pain relief. I would try again if I could apply and have them stick longer.

For I guy, the larger maybe a little small on coverage. I had the patch on all day and gave lasting results. The patch is a bit strong smelling for some people but I was just glad it relieved some pain. The patch did get a bit dry after 5hrs but the medicine was still working. I just had to make sure to keep pressing it back on before coming off. Thank Influenster! It did come useful. I already bought more to keep in handy!.
