Living in the mid-west (Illinois) Tillamook is a very big brand of dairy. The 12oz slices are a great way for me to get my calcium and protein intake. I love making grilled cheese sandwiches with spinach, avocado, and tomato slices. But you definitely have to use the slices within days of opening the packaging. The packaging also has a great feature that it has a ziploc feature.
The best cheese by far. This is my go to cheese for eveeything. We love these on sandwiches or to eat by the slice. What is there to improve? Tillamook is the best! I am a repeat customer and will continue to buy, although it is not always easy to find the best variety in Southern California. Highly recommended.
Pepper isn't over powering, not spicy even it containsjalapeños. Delicious cheese from Tillamook. Worth the price I guess.

Just what I had expect it to be
This cheese is subtle in flavor, melts nicely and absolutely convenient as it's already pre-sliced. I love it for my grilled cheese.
Good tasting pepper jack cheese. A little spicier than other comparable pepper jacks, but not hot.
I'm sure this isn't a common occurrence but my cheese wasn't tightly sealed, it got a hole in it, air got in and it was moldy with a blue mold in like three different spots
Items delivered. Not sure how this was missed, received a block of moldy cheese. When package arrived it was already puffy and obvious signs of mold can be seen.
Delivered to me moldy didn't notice for a few days, unable to return. It's unopened and dated good for 5 months from now. I don't see any cuts in the packaging, but it's not vacuum sealed like normal.
