Wonderful watch! Replaces cheaper that did not display month.
This is the third Timex watch EXACTLY like this that I have had in the past 15 years and I keep getting them because the value is so good. Does everything I want, doesn't cost a fortune and lasts. That is value. I have had other more expensive watch's that have not lasted as long. This is a great work watch for a great price.
It's been a while since I've owned a Timex, but when my old Seiko went south, I started looking at them again. I actually had a Timex Indiglo digital watch in a batch of old watches a friend gave me, and replaced the battery, and it worked! Unfortunately, I lost some of the screws before it got put back together! :-\ But I liked the look of it, and decided to purchase a new one like it. It keeps VERY GOOD TIME, I've not had to reset it since I got it. I've worked in broadcasting, and time keeping was critical. I've carried an accurate timepiece ever since, and usually have to open them up and adjust to keep reasonably accurate time (under ~2 sec/mo). I've not had to adjust this one at all! I love it. The watch is good looking, but the band that came with it was tight. So I removed the Spidel Twist o'flex from the old watch and replaced the band with it. LOVE the Twist o'flex! This is the 3rd watch this band has been used on! The band is at least 20 years old! I like the Indiglo dial. It can actually be used at night, and doesn't blind you when you turn it on, unlike every other watch I have owned. Five Stars on this watch!
I found my old Timex Digital Indigo watch which lasted about 10 years still being sold on the internet. The battery went dead finally, but the case was somewhat worn. It kept perfect time for all those years. I chose Walmart because I could pick up the watch at the store with no shipping charge. The delivery time was much faster than they estimated (around 4 days) and I had no problem picking it up at the store.
I guess the fact that I have had two other of these same watches says a lot about my rating for it. One was stolen and the other simply wore out mechanically. The watch still worked, but the gold coating wore through and started making sharp edges after four or five years. The original band does not fit my wrist which at 8 1/4 inches I do not think extra large. So I purchased a Speidel band that was larger. This band moved from my second to my third watch. Not as pretty as the form fitted endings at the watch that you get with the original purchase, but more comfortable for me. It keeps time within a half minute between Standard and Daylight time changes.
I have had this type of Times Watch for years. Does a great job. Will buy another one when this is done.
This watch is very nice. I have purchased this item several times over the past 10 years for my husband and he likes the style and ease of the stretchband.
This is the 3rd of this model I've owned. Digital face, metal band and they just hold up. If this is still around when I need a 4th years from now - I'll buy another!
Nice looking watch, but it is very small. It fits my wife's wrist. Not made for a man, even though it says it's a man's watch. The whole thing is small. Photo attached shows my wife's watch on the left and the man's watch on the right.
The Walmart people boxing it, did not even put it in a watch box, they just threw it in a big cardboard box. It was broken when it arrived and now, I have no Christmas gift to take and will have to return it to the store. Thats wally world employee who didn't care.
