The Tombow correction tape is great!! I have used other correction tapes and the Tombow beats the other ones hands down. I really like the way that it is side dispenser because that really makes it easier because you don't have to worry about the dispenser getting clogged up like the ones that are dispensed straight. It is so easy to use and you can correct your errors a lot easier. Basically put it down pull it across and there is a straight line and dries instantly. You don't have to worry making a mess because you have to brush it on or having to add water to thin it out in the container so that you don't have clumps I will definitely be buying the Tombow correction tape again when my 10 pack starts getting low. I have told my coworkers about the Tombow correction tape and the one went and bought some and used it and she loves it because she says it is so easy to use. She is going to tell some of her friends about purchasing it. I will be purchasing some for my daughter where she is in college and I will be telling the rest of my family about it. I am out the door to go buy some more Tombow correction tape.
Our office uses these correction tapes all the time, they work the best. We have tried other brands and find Tombow to be the most successful and consistent.
I was so happy to try out this Tomboy Mono Original Correction Tape. I have been using all other brands for so many years and have never been satisfied. Some break off right in the middle of a word or sentence, some never want to stay in the middle of the applicator (they slide off to the side and then you get your hands all messed up t ring to slide it back to the center). Others have no way to back them up and some are actually too wide to fit into a line of type. Also when you write on some of them, the correction tape rubs off the paper with the correction you just made. Such a hassle. I was really impressed with the Tomboy brand. I haven't had any problems with it. I also like that it comes in a 10-pack. I checked the price several places and buying it this way is better than buying each one alone. I like to have several on hand at the same time. One in my personal office space, one in my purse, and even one by my recliner for when I am doing the crossword puzzle in ink! Thank you Tombow.
This come in a box of ten. The correction tape is white and has very good coverage. I have encluded pictures to show how it covers. The side by side shows the actual paper with correction which gives good coverage but you can see that it has correction tape on it. When I made a copy on the copy machine you could not tell where the correction tape was.
I am a retired Paralegal and have been using correction tape for years. Correction tape is far superior to liquid paper because (1) it doesn't clump, (2) doesn't get dry, (3) you can immediately write on it. The downside to correction tape is that it does jamb or gets hung up. Many correction tapes do not have the little forward/backward slot available for you to either move the tape forward or backward to clear what's wrong. This occurs generally when you are in a hurry and using it too fast. The Tombow Mono Correction Tape has the key slot where you can insert anything slim and turn the tape forward or backward to tighten up the tape. The tape gives excellent coverage, is easy to use and is good to the end of the tape .. not dried up or clumpy with a lot of waste like liquid paper. Correction tape is excellent for whiting out your name and address on magazines or papers that you are donating on to nursing homes, etc. or recycling. I highly recommend this Tombow Mono Correction Tape to anyone in the need to white out something. Quick, fast, easy.

Consistently smooth and covers very well
I needed some white-out for correction and decided to try this dry tape instead of the usual liquid bottle with a brush or liquid correction pen. This product "paints" on a layer of white paste that comes out completely dry right from the start and has 100% coverage, unlike some correction fluids that you have to gives it several coats to cover ink pen completely. The tape does derail from the roller every now and then, but it's easy enough to put it back on track with the rewind wheel. The continuity of the tape may also "break" from time to time if not using it carefully, but I noticed I can just scratch it off and re-paste since the paste is completely dry and mess-free. The mechanism of it reminds me of cassette tapes from the 80's, it starts out with a complete and full roll of film on one side and an empty one on the other side and as you use more and more of it, the used tape just rolls onto the empty roll, so there's no messy rolls of tape all over the place when using this product, everything stays tucked-in nicely and contained in the correction tape roll. There are also no messy refills to mess with and with a pack of ten of these, I can just toss the tape when it's out and get a new one, totally ready for use right away, no setup required whatsoever. I'm very happy with this type of white-out, completely mess free and so easy to use.
Personally, I was so excited to be asked to review this product for free. It just so happens that I was going to pick up some when I was asked. It couldn't have come at a better time. I used to use Liquid paper all the time until they came up with Correction tape. Now I wouldn't use anything else. This is a great product. I especially like the shape of the dispenser. It is so much easier to hold in my hand. I did find that having to tilt the tape on it's broad side to use a bit of a re-adjustment. In the past I always held it vertical and used my index finger to apply needed pressure to use the tape. But I find this a lot easier now, especially since I have limited use of the hand and use vthe index finger to hold the dispenser. The packaging is great, just the right amount of units and I like the written instructions that are printed on the bottom of the box. I am sold on this brand and would recommend it to any of my friends.
I use a lot of correction tape so I was excited to get a ten pack of these. I tried them out and they seem to be having problems right from the start. I had a hard time getting them started and had to keep winding them to get the tape that comes out back in. The tape that initially came out did not cover any writing and it seemed like these are faulty. They come in a mini version and those ones seem to have good reviews on Walmart.com so I was surprised to have trouble with these. I looked on the box for directions and it didn't say I had to prime them or do anything special to get them to started. I will still try to use them but have a penny near by to wind it up and try to fix it so I don't break a nail. That is the one good function that these have is the little dial you can turn to fix any issues with the tape. Many correction tape devices don't have this. I hate to give them a thumbs down but due to the problems with them I must. I wonder if anyone else has the same issues and it will be interesting to see other review. Maybe I just got a faulty pack?
