i finally found a product that my cats will eat and works well in their system. I've used several other products and my cats hated it, i have the scars to prove it . Now i don't have to fight with them to take the hairball medicine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say I was unsure if my cat would like maple flavor, but now I am sure he does. This product definitely works and there is no issues with my cat taking it. He laid around after and licked it all off his nose and even when it was all off his nose he kept licking. I guess cats do like maple flavor. This is now our go to treatment for hair balls.
This works great for both my cats, my girl will lick it right off her paws but my boy is stubborn so his goes right in his mouth, they have no issues with it and it really helps control the hairballs. FYI this is a bit on the "runny" side, it has the consistency of honey, as soon as you put some on your finger it will start to run.
I didn't believe the reviews about the maple flavored hairball remedy. But I decided to give it a try because my cats really dislike the other flavors. I was surprised when they walked up and where eating it out of the tube. Finally a hairball remedy I can get them to take.
This works if your cat eats too many bugs or part of her blankie.... if your baby is crying from tummy ache, usually in the winter, they eat anything on the floor, this is the product for you. Just put a small amount on the end of your finger, they Love it! Does not take very much to fix a tummy ache, and use it for a couple of days back to back. It will last a long time, and stays fresh. Good scent, it is oily so they love it.

My cat actually ran from this. It's smells very strong of maple scent. My cats love the malt kinds of hairball remedy (e.g PetAH) but since I can't seem to find any (what's up with that?!) I thought I would try this since it has malt in it. But the cat hated it. I have another who's less finicky who liked it okay but she's not the one with major hairballs the other cat is so now I don't know what I'm going to do since hairball remedy treats don't seem to help like the gel does.
I ordered this to help my car with fur balls at the recommendation from my vet. I ordered this gel, my vet told me it came in chicken or tuna flavor, but I was sent Maple flavor. What kind of a cat eats maple flavored anything? Trying to see how to send this back for a refund.
