I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion. This epilator is very pretty and I was really excited when I finally was able to use it. However, I was very disappointed in the performance of the item. The epilator did not pull all my armpit hair and I had to finish with a regular razor. I also was very eager to try the precision attachment for my upper lip, sadly I am very disappointed for several reasons: 1. The white attachment won't stay put on the epilator head because of the vibration and the movement up and down the white piece comes off. 2. Once I was able to leave the precision attachment on the epilator head I noticed that the piece sits too elevated from the tweezers making it almost impossible to pull hairs. 3. I had to go over the same area multiple times to be able to have the desired results. Positives 1. I loved that the epilator is cordless and rechargeable, this is a bid plus. 2. The design is very elegant and the long handle makes the process easier not just for the legs but the underarms. 3. The little brush to clean it and the bag is travel-friendly or just easier to storage in a drawer. 4.The fact that it can be used wet or dry is great and very helpful. 5.The 2 precision attachments are an amazing innovation that other epilators do not offer. I would recommend this product because it seems to be very gentle to sensitive skin and is not rough on mine. I hope this review help you
This prduct is easy to use. It has a very fine style that makes it very attractive. Also, it will be easy to maintain and keep clean.
I have seen good results from laser treatments done by specialists, and I wanted to continue to do more areas of the body, but of course it is very expensive. I researched about an in-home laser machine, and I had concerns about whether or not it would give me any results. I decided to try this product because the price is a fraction of the cost of treatments from the specialist. I was pleasantly surprised by how small and comfortable it is to use. It is not painful at all, and it gave me very similar results compared to my past treatments. There are 5 levels on the machine. I have fair skin and dark brown hair, and I am using level 4 all over the body. I can see the results everywhere, including my legs which have never had any prior treatments. It takes me about an hour to do arms, legs, bikini, and under arms. Make sure that you shave very well before using the machine. I have been using it once every two weeks for about six months, and I am very happy with the results. I gave the "Design" 4 stars because I wish the light area was a bit larger as this would save some time. I definitely recommend to try this product before you spend a ton of money at the specialist.

Love this product! I was having an issue at first but customer service gave me step-by-step instructions and issue was resolved. (It was me, not the product!) i'm having great results with the product. I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy laser hair removal product.

Before I even opened the box for the Satinelle epilator, I was impressed with the all the information included on the packaging, like details about how long to charge the device and what sort of attachments were included. Upon opening the box, I found the epilator nestled into the plastic packaging. I like the sleek look of the device, especially since my old epilator was all a uniform thickness, whereas this epilator is designed for a comfortable hold. All the additional attachments, instructions, and storage pouch were underneath an upper cardboard compartment. The epilator came with a bit of charge, so when I pushed the power button, it whirred to life. (Just be aware if you aren't expecting to it go on without charging it out of the box first.) I plugged it in to the wall outlet for about an hour. It's easy to tell when it's charging as the white battery light glows on and off. Once it was done, I was off to the shower to try out the wet/dry capabilities of the epilator. The razor attachment comes with an optional comb piece that goes over the razor for longer hair, but you can remove this if you want a closer shave. Even without the comb, I was able to press this piece right up against my skin for a close shave and didn't cut or scratch. I really like that you can use this piece wet or dry, since many epilators don't make the shaver piece for in-shower use. There isn't an additional light attached to this piece, though, so the only light you'll have is the faint glow from the main piece that shows if you are using the normal or slower settings. The epilator attachment has a very bright light to help you see when you are epilating. The rotating piece is made of ceramic discs, which I like for the ease of cleaning. As with the other pieces, it's safe to use in the shower. I'm a bit torn by the effectiveness of the epilator head. While it is less painful to use than my old epilator, it also took me more passes to get everything before some trial and error. It's very important to hold it at a 90-degree angle, as stated in the instructions, or you won't pull much up. Make sure that each pass is slow and steady. After using it for a few days, I got used to making sure that I was holding it at a 90-degree angle and going slowly enough for each pass. When I did this, it was much more effective. In all, this is a great combo epilator for all your hair-removal needs. It's pretty easy to use and very versatile. I received this product as part of the STARS research experience in exchange for my honest opinion.
A few weeks back I was sent this epilator to review. I was a little nervous with memories of the rotating spring style torture devices of the 80s running through my brain. This was a pleasant surprise in that there was very little pain (it is pulling your hair out so the occasional ouchy cannot be avoided). Also I have psoriasis, there is a warning concerning consulting a doctor if you have that or eczema, I didn`t; just dove right in. With my skin condition, even as mild as my case is, shaving is next to impossible this was actually the best hair removal method I have ever used solely in terms of it not irritating my skin or causing horror movie levels of bloodshed. The only detractor for me is that it takes several passes to remove the hair.
