Very nice quality chef knives very sharp and effective. great value would highly recommend for anyone needing a starter set came with very nice carry case.
I brought this set for my husband who is a professional chef after his more expensive set was stolen. He loved it! It's a nice starter set for him to start his collection over again. Balance, handling everything you look for in a knife... It has it. For sure a good buy

As a personal chef, this knife kit is just perfect. It's balanced, top notch merchandise and I would recommend it in a New York minute. I was pleasantly surprised that Walmart even carried a knife set with carrying case. All I can say is---GET IT NOW!
My son says they are great. He is working in a good kitchen in a hotel and says that everyone wants to use his knife set I have not personally seen them because I sent them directly to him. But he is very pleased
I have worked with a mis-matched set of knives for awhile now, and swearing every time that I was going to buy myself a decent set of knives. When I saw this set the first thought was, "you get what you pay for" and my second thought was, "I can always take them back" so I bought them. To make this short and not too boring, I love them! The description was a little misleading. The knives were what I wanted and will work great for my son-in-law as a portable set of chef knives with his work. Very durable with a nice carrying case.
