The laptop arrived the next day!! I was able to set up easily. I did have to call the ISP for assistance, but, that went smoothly. Works like a charm.
This Satellite is fantastic! I was a little worried about it being a Turion processor, but right away I felt very happy with my purchase. It's super fast, easy to use and looks amazing. It's extremely user friendly. And it doesn't come with a bunch of useless software loaded on it...just the things you really want or need. Buy this computer!
The specs that you get for the low amount of money compared to virtually any other brand products with the same or less specs rocks. I not only give this product 5 stars, I give WalMart.com Customer Service the same. What a caring group of young people that are willing to take ownership of a problem. Thank you WalMart.com.
Great value! Although I should have realized how large 17' screen really is, its pretty big and not something you want to carry around.... great for home... but if you are looking to lug it around everywhere, I would recommend a much smaller unit, maybe a netbook.... Absolutely no complaints about what I recieved. I got exactly what I ordered (and FAST) and I am happy!!!!
Had more feature than I expected. What a value better than expected and works great very easy set up.
This computer is great for the price. We already owned a Toshiba computer that we owned for 3 years and never had trouble with it so wanted another one for my hubby. This computer is fast and has lots of features for the price. I paid way more for the best they had three years ago. Can't wait to buy another one next year so the kids can have the first one. Love the webcam feature. My hubby will be away and it will allow him to talk to us and the kids will still be able to see him.
Had this about a month now and all is well. Big,fast and powerful and loaded with all the features I need and then some. I would recommend to anyone.
Great deal, nice laptop. For the price and the specs its a Awesome deal. Fully loaded and with a webcam which is nice. Super fast with Dual Core AMD Processor, 4GB of Memory and a large 250GB Hard Drive. A+ Laptop!
I really liked this computer. It's very cheap for a great computer. Hard to keep fingerprints off it!! Had one issue...after having it for maybe a week and a half I turned it on and the screen just stayed black. The keyboard lit up like it was working but the screen never came up. It wasn't dropped or anything of the sort so I don't know what happened. Glad that it happened within the 15 days Wal-mart lets you return computers!! I really liked it tho and I'm hoping it was only a fluke because now that I've returned it I'm thinking of getting another just like it as the replacement.
I am a Walmart Associate, and I am planning on going back to the school in the fall. When my husband saw this Laptop in our store, he thought it would be prefect for me to use. In the store, it was priced at $498, and it sold out before we had a chance to buy it, but with it being such a good deal even for the price of $598, we decided to buy it anyways. I just recieved it via site to store today, and it wasnt what i was expecting. I have had alot of problems with the programs that came on it not responding, as well as the right click on the mouse not working either, so I called Toshiba and they told me I needed to reformat it, and I told them that its a brand new computer, and that I feel it shouldnt be necessary to be done already, then the Technician informed me that it had been registered to someone else. I called Toshiba back a little bit later to see if I could do an exchange directly through them, they told me no, that I would have to go through Walmart, they also told me that it had not been registered to anyone else, so as far as that goes, someone is lying. As for the Toshiba brand, I would not recommend it to anyone just by my horrible experience today, Hope this review helps others in there decision, personally I will be going with a different brand in the future.
