Love this cereal! I've always loved this cereal, since I was a little girl. It helps keep the weight down when I eat it for dinner every night. And it is perfect, nutritionally.
This cereal is fortified iron cereal fiber lots of nutrients and vitamins great for anemia recommend eating as soon as served it will be soggy if left in bowl when you serve kids taste is like raisin brand flakes
My favorite breakfast cereal. Getting hard to find now. All the boxes were out of reach on the top shelf, but an employee brought an aisle ladder over and got it down for me.
I've been recently diagnosed anemic, and was looking for something iron fortified. I honestly thought I would try this, hate it, and need to doctor it up with fruits or sugar. It was yummy all on its own. I'll be buying this again.
Please make it available online. This was recommended by my ObGyn after delivery to lose baby weight and add calcium to diet as I was breast feeding. So glad I remembered after so many years. Hopefully it'll help me with weight loss and add calcium to my diet in my 40's.
I didn't know this cereal was this good! The benefits of having 100% of so many vitamins and minerals was a plus as compared to most other cereals on the market. My only regrets are 1. I ordered only 2 boxes and 2. I wish they came in larger boxes, these are not a major issues if you like the cereal for what it is. As for me I will be reordering more soon (the first 2 boxes went to fast).
It tastes fine. However, if you compare it to the generic "brand flakes" made my walmart , the Brand flakes contain more of these vitamins and trace minerals, plus it costs half as much . I am not sure why brand flakes are not promoted more.
I have many missing teeth. I blended up the flakes and not sure about the essential vit and minerals seems impossible they could be accucrite and the Fodmap baffles me, along with many things of life. No suffering at my age let alone pain. This does taste good thu. Peace
I was placing several things in my cart but this went thru before I was able to complete the other items. I tried to cancel as soon as I realized it had gone thru without the other items in my cart.
Found two rock hard pieces of cereal and could have broken a tooth, have been purchasing Total cereal for quite some time and have never found this problem. so beware I don't know if I will purchase another box now?!!!
