This phone is super nice. It is easy to use...My 1st iPhone. I get to FaceTime with some of my family members..so necessary during this Coronavirus shutdown.

The fact that the store had it for half the price I paid for it online.
I purchased this phone because I needed something with more storage, so this was great. However, when i first got it, I was really impressed with the battery life. Its been about a month now since I've had it and completely changed my mind about the battery. When it reaches 48%, my phone starts lagging and then it completely shuts off on me. then when I turn it back on, it says its at 10%. That was happening after about 3 weeks of having it. Now it does the lagging and shutting off at 57%. Also now I can't charge it to 100%, when I do, the battery gets stuck on 100% all day. I had to google how to get it unstuck and its a very annoying process that doesnt always work. So now I have a phone that i'm only able to use about 40% of. And ofcourse I just missed my return window. I read that this is an ongoing issue with the iphone 6s. Before this phone I have the iphone 6 since 2015 and never ran into that issue. I only switched phones due to storage. My mistake.
