I'm really impressed with this phone so far! It's got a ton of extra features I still haven't had time to really get to know, but I'm learning!
Phone showed up with a short usb-c cable for charging....but this was my first usb-c device so i still had to buy a charger brick. Also, there was no sim card tool included eventhough it was stated that one would be included. I was forced to buy a phone plan to order the phone, but i have no idea where it is either. Wasted money I guess. Otherwise, it's a great phone so far.
We were looking for an upgrade Samsung S9, but under $1,000. Being in our fifties, just cannot make that financial jump. LOL This was a prefect next step for my wife.
I recently upgraded from a Note 6. This is the first time in my life that I've bought a newly released phone. I will say that this is the best phone I've had in my life. The cameras are amazing. The only thing I have a problem with is that where I'm located there aren't any 5G towers so I'm stuck using 4G.
I needed a new phone and I am very happy with my purchase.
I've had the phone for about a month. Seems pretty good so far. Battery life doesn't seem as great as made it to be, but better then what I had.
Broke my S9+ thought I should upgrade... should have repaired or replaced the S9+. S21 screen smaller, having issues with notification settings (different notification sounds for different apps) The S21 looks cheaper, feels cheaper doesn't seem any faster.
Just bought a s21 . Battery dies in 12 hours. Called for help. Waited an hour, then was told to watch it for a day and was cut off.
