I bought this phone on 2-19-2016. It worked great. Good response time, great pics, great reception. Do not like the fact that even with screen locked and I get a call or a text that the screen unlocks and even the slightest touch hangs up the phone. Almost 2 weeks ago all of the sudden I start getting a white screen when I hit the power button to turn on the phone. I could hit power button again and again and again before it would turn back to my back ground. Then the screen on the phone started jumping. YES I backed up everything and factory reset the phone. YES, I took out the battery and still nothing. NO there was not water damage to the phone. I called straight talk and they are replacing the phone free of charge. I have looked up problems with the phone and 80% of reviews have the same problem. Even though they are replacing the phone, if they have not fixed this glitch with them, in a few months the same thing will happen. Lets hope they fixed it because I do not want the have to deal with the same problem again in a few months.
I finally got a smartphone and it went white screen and they won't give me my money back! I'm going to be on my forth phone in less then a year.it will be a in may it will be a year they pretty much last three months
Not the best phone to use. Sounds like you are talking into a tin can.
I got this phone and it was great for 3 -4 months. Now it constantly white screens and skitz to have lines all in it m randomly will start typing all kinds of letters and numbers. Have to yank battery to make it stop. Need a new phone AGAIN. Alot of people seem to have this problem with this specific phone. Absolutely unexceptable.
Everything looks whited out after 2-3 months of use. Pressing the screen on/off button repeating may or may not work. Tends to get worse as the phone ages. Total wireless acted clueless when I talked to them about it.
this phone quits after a couple of months.. white screen.. no functions.. Don't buy.. ToTal Junk not Total Wireless..
