excellent phone overall!! phone works great!! tracfone service is excellent!!
easier to use then the one it is replacing. I got a new one because my old one had a cracked screen. But I ended up liking the new one better. And I got it or free, and free shipping, because I was due for an upgrade.
More bang for the buck with this BLU B1`40DL from TracFone! Superior performance, superior security, superior ease of use. Highly recommend this phone and TracFone!
This is a nice phone. It is easy to use ! The size is perfect ! Its big enough to be able text easily or you can do talk to text, but it is small enough to fit in a decent size pocket without falling out...Since it is fairly thin i did buy a protective cover for the back...
I had to upgrade my phone for my camera to work so I bought this one. The battery only lasts about 3 hours, maybe 4 on standby. Drops calls and I never have more than 2 bars. Complete waste of money.
I'm mad cause it wasn't scanned when it was shipped and now it won't work cause it was activated
This phone often does not show important texts for days, nor notify me of new calls or texts, at all, and only rings some of the time, for certain people, for no recognizable reason. It is not a reliable source of communication. The other side often complains they can't hear me, all settings at full volume.
had to return it as tracphone wouldnt activate new phone they said it was still in the store so i essentially had a stolen phone
the back was almost impossible to get off took 15 minutes with a sharp knife. Very cheaply made
Very poor phone wish I had looked at reviews before purchase. Would stop being able to make or receive calls or texts, Tracfone tech support no help. Finally after hours on the phone was told to factory reset it. That worked a couple of times (it kept happening), now that doesn't even work anymore. The phone is only 4 months old and I have to buy a new phone
