I have had this phone for a few days and love it! Got a 20 dollar case and it made all the difference. Had the a12 for almost a year. Worked great until I dropped it twice in a couple days.
Very good shop. Just make sure they scanned it at a register in the store if you are picking it up because if they don't you won't be able to activate it with your carrier. So better save yourselves the double trip to the store and just buy it inside, not from pick up.
I have had the phone for a few weeks now, was difficult to adjust to at first, but I am better acquainted with it now and I like this phone very much. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new phone. I still have a lot to learn about the phone, but it is great. I bought the screen protector and the case/which is clear, they work very well and were inexpensive.
I purchased the A-13 as an upgrade from my A-01. I am very happy that I did as the A-13 gave me 64 gigs so now I can install the apps that I wanted. Activation was quite simple and easy to do, transferring my contacts was a no brainer. It's not that I didn't like my old phone it's just that I needed more RAM. Connecting to my other devices thru BLUETOOTH was not a problem either. I did add a SD card to hold all the pics that I have taken. I am very happy that I upgraded. I do believe that this one will last me for several years like the last one did.
I am still learning. When I transferred from my former phone the data did not transfer. I had to add another Tracfone card to add data, which also cut back on my days. Did not like this. I do like this phone and am glad to have a lot more storage available.
My lamps are red but when they are lit in the pictures taken with Sansung Galaxy A 13 5 look pink. Tried all the features offered for the camera and I am not impressed. Just want a true to color pic.
First, this is a really nice phone. Fast, with good sound. However, getting it set up was a three day nightmare, beginning with the fact that it was not "retail scanned" before shipping (meaning it appeared stolen), then getting the number ported was another lengthy issue. I spent hours on the phone with one Walmart customer service representative after another. Number 5 or 6 finally referred me to Tracphone, which were able to activate the phone remotely. Then there was the issue of porting the number from another provider. I finally was able to speak with someone from their technical department, who was able to complete the porting process.
Everything about this Galaxy A13 5G is good except for one thing. The screen display lacks contrast. Everything looks dull. I searched the settings and there is nothing like Vivid or Contrast. My previous phone the Galaxy A20 has a great display compared to the A13 5G. The only reason I switched phones was the small memory size on the Galaxy A20. Each time I look at the A13 5G my disappointment grows. If I could return the Galaxy A13 5G I would.
After many calls to trachone customer service I was not able to transfer pictures from my old tracphone. Then my daughter sent 31 pictures to replace family pictures for me. They would not laod on my phone even though i had downloaded wifi. Finally rep.said the phone may be defective and suggested I return it which I will do. Never had this problem with my old $59.00 galaxy luna from walmart.
So we ordered 2 ,but could only activate one because someone forgot to scan? Sure scanned it to have me pay. And I need to bring it to a store in the midst of holiday returns to get it scanned.
