I love this phone. I am glad I made the purchase. The phone is economical with many features that I appreciate. I was using an older model of LG which was a 3G type. Because of the system incompatibility with the older model, I was forced to upgrade and gladly. Please continue to provide the great service that we value.
I spent hours on the phone with tracfone as they were trying to make the Rebel 4 purchased online work. The third day they advised me to return the phone to local Walmart for a replacement, which I did. The replacement phone also was a problem until I was connected to a representative who was apparently more knowledgeable. After a short time the phone was working. He couldn't give a reason why all the others failed to make it work. I've been using the phone now for two weeks and it's great.

Good looking phone. We bought a 500 minute card to try it out and for a total of abt $45.00, Walmart's return policy; what did we have to lose? Another important part was dealing with Melanie from Tracfone she walked Henry through the activation process step by step. This was an emergency purchase as our Samsung Galaxy Note finally died after 7 years and no battery could revive it. So far so good . Stay safe and good wishes from Miami Fl.
I've had the LG Rebel 4 for about a year now, and I have been so happy with it! My husband was possibly the last American holdout who did not use a cell phone. With elderly parents, though, he thought it was time. I got him an LG Rebel 4 because I was so happy with mine. This Rebel phone is very nice quality and all of the features, (camera, video, internet browsing,bluetooth, etc.) are so easy to use. I definitely recommend this phone - for the price it absolutely can not be beat!
Easy practical use! Great features. Home screen has bright colors that are attractive and interesting. You cant go wrong with this phone for an elderly person either! They will catch on pretty fast to its features!

This is a nice phone. You can download music to use as notification sounds, it takes good pictures, it has a good speaker, you can listen to books that you download.
