If I could give Zero stars I would. When my 2017 LG phone stopped working I thought a similar replacement would be nearly an identical phone. Either this phone or the software is at fault- the phone is EXTREMELY SLOW, the lock screen is foreign to me- I did not create it. I have to swipe the screen about 10 times to reach my login screen and security phone. Don't buy this phone, don't use Tracfone. (Loyal customer for 9 years)
Battery was bad after first charge and no speaker. Had to return on my own money! Thinking about leaving TracFone
